“Every One Gets What He Deserves, Not What He Desires”
This is a favorite quote of a person who is very closely related to me. As the quote says - everyone will only get what they are capable of getting and not what they think or dream to get.
For example > The salary of an employee – the employee gets the salary what he is actually worth of according to the employer. And since, sometimes the employee feels bad about it and does his work only to a small extent of his ability, having a feeling that “I am paid less than I should get, so why should I do more work”. So he does less work than his caliber. And thus remains on the same deserve level in the books of the employer.
If the employee analyzes, what he is actually doing by working less? - He is actually not growing in his career. Since his salary and other facilities that he gets from his boss is less according to him - he really doesn’t do any worth to himself and others.
People always think/desire to get the best salary and facility with a short period of time. Actually, can you get it? Absolutely NOT. Like
So now the question is what can we do to actually go higher up in the deserve level? I think we should not look for short term gains, instead look forward for a long term gain. Work to your full caliber, improve your self daily and get to the next upper level. As said by Robin Sharma – follow the daily 1% increase/improve program. If you improve 1% every day then at the end of 1 month, i.e; 30 days you will have a total of 30% improvement than when you started. It’s like reducing the size of your waist – each day if you reduce the size by ½ an inch you will ultimately achieve your target of that slim waist.
This improvement will not only be an advantage in your career growth, but also move you a step up in the deserve level. Don’t worry about your current job or company – maybe you may not get more here but your improvements in the long run will definitely benefit you. When you get into a new job with the improvements in you, your deserve level will be certainly high. And don’t stop at this place, just keep growing and improving your self. And finally you will reach a stage where the above clause will change to “You get what you deserve and exactly what you desire”
Keep smiling and keep growing but not by harming others. If you really can’t lend a helping hand to others then at least don’t harm and cause troubles for those who need a help.
Have a nice day.

One should know what he is worth,N u get rewards what you think your worth is ,so there is minimum need for external attentiuon and evaluation (why to allow someone to announce what we deserve./? ) .If you strongly belive in what is your woth---dont rest till u manage to get it .
